01Data controller
Your personal data is processed by YASKA Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama A.Ş., owner of the GameTable brand (the "Company"), as data controller, within the scope described below. Contact: [email protected]

- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: e-mail address, phone number (optional)
- Request details: who you are (business, player, developer or other), the message and any other information you share in the form
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, time of submission
- Map usage: while the map is shown, your IP address, browser information and the usage identifier Mapbox stores on your device (see section 6)
- Measurement and marketing: if you accept cookies, how you browse and interact with the site (sections visited, clicks, scrolling), cookie identifiers, IP address and device information (see the Cookie policy)

04Collection method and legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the contact form on our website. It is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), fulfilling the data controller's legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or protecting a right (e), and our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Showing the venue map relies on our legitimate interest in providing the content you ask for (f). Processing through measurement and advertising cookies relies solely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)). Commercial electronic messages are sent only on the basis of explicit consent you give separately.
05Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners and dealers (as far as needed to evaluate your application), to the suppliers from whom we obtain hosting, e-mail and cloud storage services, to legally authorised public institutions, and to our legal and financial advisers, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. If you accept cookies, measurement and marketing data is transferred to the providers of these tools: Google LLC, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Microsoft Corporation. Where our service providers' servers are located abroad, the transfer is carried out with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
06Map and location
The venue map on our website is provided by Mapbox, Inc. (USA). Your IP address and browser information are sent to Mapbox's servers abroad so that the map can be delivered to you; Mapbox also stores a usage identifier on your device to measure map usage. This transfer is carried out with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
If you use "Use my location", your device's location is used only in your browser to sort venues by distance; it is not sent to our servers and is not stored.
07Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set in the relevant legislation. When these periods end, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
08Data security
The necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to keep it safe.
09Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with it,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that corrections, erasures or destructions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
10How to apply
You can send requests about your rights by e-mail to [email protected], together with information that identifies you, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
