The following data may be processed while you use the GameTable mobile app:
Identity and account
- Contact Information: Full name, e-mail address, phone number
- Social Sign-In: Google or Apple account information (if you sign in with them)
- Profile: Profile photo (optional)
Location
- Device Location: Your location, to show nearby game venues
- Location data is processed only with your permission
Device and usage
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version
- Usage Statistics: App usage data
- Session Information: IP address and session data
Camera access
- QR Code Scanning: Camera access to scan the QR codes on game tables
- Camera data is processed on your device and is not sent to a server
Notifications
- Push Notifications: Notification token (if you allow notifications)
02Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your account
- Showing nearby game venues
- Tracking your tournament entries
- Saving your game scores
- Notifying you of campaigns and offers
- Improving app performance
- Fulfilling legal obligations
03Storage and security
- Your data is stored encrypted on secure servers
- It is protected with SSL/TLS protocols
- If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted at the end of the legal period

Your data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. However, it may be shared with judicial authorities in response to legal requests, or with the business partners listed above to improve service quality, within legal limits.

Under the KVKK you have the right to:

- Request information if your personal data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- Learn the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred
- Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction of your personal data
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing of your personal data
07Children's privacy
GameTable does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Parents or legal guardians who notice that their child's information has been collected can contact us and request its deletion.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications or by e-mail. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
